Our customers range from individuals who want a personalized item to large companies that want to give a promotional product to their clients or employees.
I have a discount coupon
Discount coupons have a validity period and will be valid only if the conditions set for each coupon are met.
On the cart page, you will find the option to add a coupon to apply the discount.
Is the design confirmed before customization?
Always! Once we receive your order, the design is created and then sent to the customer for approval. Once it is confirmed, we proceed with the customization.
Delivery time?
The delivery time will depend on the characteristics of the order. Generally, the order will be delivered within a maximum period of 10 days once the order has been confirmed.
Can all items be customized?
Of course! All products are 100% customizable
Each product has its own printing technique, and we will always send a mockup of the final design.
Are returns possible?
Only if the product has defects and within a maximum period of 7 business days after receiving the order.

Do our product prices change?
As we work with very tight margins, even a small price variation can negatively impact Bitprom. Prices will be constantly updated and will always be visible on the Bitprom website.
Sending my logos
To send your logos, they must always be vectorized to speed up production times. If they are not vectorized, this will involve an additional cost.
The Bitprom design team would need to vectorize them if they are sent in a non-vector format.
