Our own personalisation workshop in Pulpí (Almería)

At Bitprom we personalise promotional gifts in our own 2,000 m² workshop in Pulpí (Almería). We don't outsource production: printing, quality control and order preparation are all done on our own premises, by a team of more than 50 people.

Every printing technique under one roof

The workshop brings together more than 30 production machines: screen-printing carousels, pad printing, DTI and DTF printing, roller sublimation, industrial embroidery, laser and CO2 laser engraving, vinyl printing and cutting, heat-transfer presses and drying tunnels.

Having the whole range of equipment under one roof means we can choose the technique that suits the product, rather than whatever an outside supplier happens to have available: a single order can combine screen-printing on textiles, laser engraving on metal and DTF on short-run pieces without being split between different workshops.

How a personalised order is produced

  1. Final artwork

Our design team adapts the logo to the technique and to the product's printing surface.

  2. Approval

Bitprom sends a proof and doesn't start production until the customer approves it.

  3. Preparation

Screens, dies or cutting files are prepared according to the chosen technique.

  4. Printing

The run is personalised in the workshop, with piece-by-piece checks throughout the process.

  5. Kitting and dispatch

Any sets or assemblies the order requires are put together and the shipment is prepared.

What changes when there are no middlemen

Producing in-house means lead times of up to 10 days from design approval, and the ability to take on last-minute corrections without renegotiating with an outside supplier. A colour error or a misplaced print position gets fixed on the spot, on the same machine.

It also lets us take on orders that combine several techniques or arrive with tight deadlines, and produce short runs without the minimums an outsourced workshop would impose. From 25 units upwards, pricing becomes competitive across most techniques, because the set-up costs are spread over more pieces.

Besides promotional gifts, the workshop also produces roll-ups, banners, workwear and kitting and assembly jobs. Check out our printing techniques or find the answers to your questions in our FAQs.
